§ 01

The Lesson

You do not see the world as it is. You see it as *you* are — filtered through story, memory, attachment style, and old conditioning. That's not a flaw. It's human. But the more clearly you see the lens, the more accurately you can read what's actually in front of you.

Intuition is compromised whenever we mistake the lens for the landscape.

§ 02

The Stories We Inherit

Many of the narratives you carry are not yours. They were handed to you before you had the language to refuse them. Naming them is not blaming — it is releasing.
