Listening in the Quiet

Creating Space to Hear Yourself Again

The Lesson

Modern life is loud. Not just outside, but inside — the endless scroll of thought, planning, self-critique. Intuition doesn't compete with that. It waits for a break in the noise.

Silence is not the absence of sound. It is the presence of attention. Three unhurried minutes a day, done consistently, will teach you more about yourself than a hundred books.

§ 02

A Simple Practice

Sit. Close your eyes. Feel your feet on the floor. Feel your breath without changing it. When a thought comes, notice it, and gently return to the breath. That's it. That's the whole practice.

You are not trying to empty your mind. You are teaching it that you're the one listening now.
